Every bespoke commission starts with a direct dialogue between you and our team. We listen to your brief, study the space, and translate your ideas into a technical and creative proposal.
From that moment on, our master craftsmen in Murano, Venice take over. Each element, whether a mouth-blown glass pendant, a hand-knotted rug, or a custom mirror, is made by hand using centuries-old techniques.

Our bespoke offer
Every commission begins from one of four disciplines — and is developed entirely around your project.
Our custom chandeliers are designed and produced on the island of Murano by certified master glassblowers.
You choose the dimensions, the colour palette, the finishing of the frame, and the technique; soffiatura a bocca, poliedri, lattimo, pulegoso, iridescente, palmette; and we build it.
Whether you need a large-scale installation for a hotel lobby or a single sculptural pendant for a private residence, we handle the full process from sketch to installation.

A rug defines a space as much as any architectural element. At Murano Shutters, our custom rugs are designed in Italy and hand-knotted by master weavers using materials selected for beauty and longevity.
New Zealand wool, natural silk, Tencel plant-based fibres, cashmere, Himalayan wool, we work with the finest raw materials available, chosen to suit the specific requirements of each project.
You define the format, the colour palette, the density, and the pattern. We take care of everything else.

The process

You share your project with us; dimensions, mood references, material preferences, timeline. We listen, ask questions, and make sure we understand exactly what you need.
We develop a tailored creative and technical proposal. This includes material recommendations, production options, and an honest assessment of timelines.
Once the proposal is approved, production begins in Murano or with our rug atelier. Each step is documented and shared with you throughout the process.
We manage the full logistics, including international shipping and, where required, on-site installation support. Every piece is insured and packaged with museum-grade care.
