Delivery times depend on three factors: piece availability, destination, and shipping method. For pieces available in stock, times are generally shorter. For pieces made to order, the timeline includes the artisan production time. Every piece is individually packaged with professional materials designed to protect hand-blown glass during shipment. More complex chandeliers are disassembled into their main components and each part protected separately. Assembly instructions are included in the packaging.

No — quite the opposite. Every piece of hand-blown glass carries tonal nuances, chromatic variations, and irregularities that are the authentic signature of artisan work. No machine can replicate them: they are the mark that a master glassmaker has worked that piece with their own hands. Please note: visible variations between the piece received and the images on the site are to be considered a characteristic of the product, not a flaw.
