Here, 82 individual elements are mouth-blown on the island of Murano, each one shaped by a master glassmaker using mouth blown: the breath-and-blowpipe technique that remains the foundation of authentic Venetian glass production.
The blue and turquoise palette is not a surface treatment. The colour is fused into the molten glass during the blowing process itself; which means it has the depth, variation, and internal luminosity that no coating or finish can replicate.
